There is one big problem with this video, and that is seeing the infinite care taken to get the PERFECT fit it now makes me wonder if my off the peg CG actually fits me like a glove? I wish I could follow in the footsteps of this gentleman, but ti is what it is. I do not have the money to be so fortunate.

Gamebore DTL has the F2x28 by B&P, it should have small red squares in it, The Hull one has either Vectan D20V or Vectan 206V (they are identical in terms of how they look) made by NSI and the Eley has the Vectan AS also made by NSI. The Hull is using the B&P Z2/M plastic Wad, the Gamebore has one they manufacture themselves and the Eley one has one made by MAXAM.

The big issue i have is that you do all of this for a shotgun that cost you 10k but never get to take it home.

After watching this video several times- and always picking up little bits and pieces I missed previously- I was curious as to why it was never mentioned by anyone - why the client shoots with one eye closed. Maybe he has an eye dominance issue ? Would be awesome to see a follow up short video of your client at the clays range- trying out this new beauty. Fitting the gun while wearing a t shirt, could that be a problem when wearing a shooting coat to shoot in?.

I don't have a Perazzi but I do have a Parker Hale SxS 28 gauge that I got when I was 8 years old and hadn't shot in probably 30 years. When I did pick it back up it didn't quite feel right so I had trusted and competant local gunsmith custom fit a new stock and forend and it became a whole new gun. It is such a joy to shoot and is almost effortless to swing and put on target, it's like it automatically tracks and shoots itself. It's not an expensive gun but it sure feels like one now and it has already put plenty of birds on the table and is going to provide many more. This was my first ever custom fit gun in almost 60 years of shooting and it makes all the difference in the world when done properly. I totally get it now. I used to be of the volition that all the expense and fuss and waiting was just a bunch of malarke, for rich people with more money than brains to have something else in their collection to brag about that they unneccassarily spent a ton of money on just because. I get it now. If I had the money, I would own a lot more high end guns that are custom fit. I can only imagone just how nice one of these guns is to shoot.

As I watch the initial fitting I notice that the shooter closes his left eye as if he is shooting a rifle. I was always taught to look at the target with both eyes open and to shoot where you are looking.

Though they missed the stock finishing... A wonderful video. It appears as though the barrels are hammer forged, they overlooked that, as well, But a masterful video, nonetheless.

Thanks for sharing. Great insights, but… During the tests I would have worn the clothes that I normally wear when shooting. Clothes can change everything. Moreover tests shouldn’t be just static. It got to be more realistic imho.

The shape of the face. Very difficult to repeat the same check weld each mounting of the gun! No one holds the forearm properly anymore! My opinion of course. Modern Forearms too thin, but we must remember that this is the day of getting less for your money, has become stylish!

Fantastic video from start to the end. Thanks everyone for sharing such an experience. Spending so much money and time to have such a gun fitted, it's 100% both understandable and respected. Why people don't you consider an adjustable stock as an additional benefit at the end of the day...? This could have been proven trouble free in the future. Looking forward hearing your comment. As I have mentioned at the beginning, excellent video and thanks for that!! Congratulations for the gun and I pretty much sure that this gun will bring lots of smiles on your faces!!
